Magnum Events offer all our customers a free event management service which means we can help you with every stage of the event at no extra cost to you.
With over 20 years of event management experience, our team has worked on hundred’s of meetings, conferences and events and absolutely love what we do and relish in the challenge of making each and every event successful – how do we operate. To simplify things, we have shown below a typical event journey.

Tell us what you are looking for. We just need to know a brief outline of the event you are organising and your objectives.
3. The Search
We will source the best locations and venues to suit all your requirements and budget. If you are looking for team building, we will suggest a range of suitable packages all at the best available rates.
4. The Proposal
Our proposals will always have a variety of options for you to consider and contain all the information you need to know on all aspects of your event and together we can decide the best way forward – we are here to help you every step of the way!
5. The Agreement
Location Venue Accommodation Meeting space Audiovisual Team building Activities – all organised and agreed.
6. The Plan
Magnum Events will advise you on the key dates when we need information from you and be in touch on a regular basis, making sure we have everything in place for a successful event – we are hands on 24/7 so you can call or email us at anytime.
7. The Event
You’re all set and we are on hand if you need anything. If you have booked on-site support we will be with you on-site for the duration of the event.
Frequently asked questions
Q. I need help to organise a conference for my company but not sure where I start, where to go and what venue?
A. Send us the brief and leave the rest to us, we will send a proposal of suitable options to start the ball rolling…it really is as simple as that and it’s free of charge!
Q.Why don’t you charge a management fee?
A. We are completely independent and have the ability to work with a large number of venues which in turn allows us to negotiate the best possible rates for our customers. For placing a business, they will pay us a commission, this has no impact on our venue choices or the price you pay.
Q. Once we have a venue, do we then deal direct with them then?
A. Only if you would prefer to, as part of our free event management service, we can be your one main point of contact and we take over all the day to day leg work freeing up your time.
Q. Once we have suitable options can we do site visits?
A. Of course and we would be more than happy to accompany you to help you make decisions to ensure you get the right location and venue for you event.
Q. How do we update the venue with changes and additional requirements?
A. You don’t, we do all that for you as this can be very time consuming as the event draws closer.
Q. Do you help with catering at the venue?
A. Yes, we will liaise with the hotel/venue and ensure menus are put together for refreshments, lunch and or dinner/gala dinner and we will discuss with you for suitability and timings.
Q. Several of our delegates have special dietary requirements.
A. Just let us know we will inform and liaise with all of our suppliers, no problem.
Q. We would like a gala dinner can you theme it?
A. Yes we will work with you to create an exciting themed evening to wow your colleagues and guests.
Q. We want an afternoon of team building but have a set budget.
A. Just let us know the budget you are working too and we will design a bespoke team building event to fit your brief.
Q. We are not sure what type of activity will be best?
A. Tell us your objectives i.e. better communication, management skills, team interaction and budget and we will advise the most appropriate set of activities to meet these.

Magnum Event’s went above and beyond on absolutely everything to make sure that all guests had a great experience. This was a four day event for our top sales people. We were working on a budget, but wanted it to look like there was no expense spared. After helping us select the, country, venue and hotel, Magnum came up with a creative and exiting itinerary. We had a group of 20 people. Magnum Events knew exactly what to do to make sure we had a good time. There was no waiting around between events. It was constant fun!! I would definitely recommend the inflatable volleyball, no matter what age you are, it was hilarious! We will be using Magnum Events again for sure!
The day was extremely well organised and met all of our requirements, with variety, challenge and loads of fun. Using Magnum events to manage the event meant that the whole day and the lead up to it was hassle free. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Magnum again and would highly recommend them.
